1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to apk27, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and apk27 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered through apk27.vip.

By registering an account, accessing the apk27 platform, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the apk27 platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use apk27, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to satisfy any one of these conditions renders your account ineligible and may result in immediate suspension without refund of outstanding balances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Gambling on apk27 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We apply zero tolerance to underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You must register with accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a registered self-excluded player or have been previously banned from the apk27 platform for any reason.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on apk27. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under different names but linked to the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment method, will be flagged and closed. Any winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

apk27 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any point. This may include a valid National ID card, passport, utility bill, or bKash/Nagad account statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Never share access to your apk27 account with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorized such activity.
• Notify apk27 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

apk27 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes; delays due to third-party payment processing are outside apk27's direct control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. apk27 processes withdrawal requests within 1-3 business days, subject to successful KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The following conditions apply:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• apk27 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000.
• Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined automatically.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

apk27 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Individual promotions may carry additional conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer.

• Each bonus is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• apk27 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or system exploitation.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Deposits made using Rocket or Nagad may carry specific bonus eligibility criteria communicated at the time of promotion.

6. Game Rules, RNG, and Fair Play

All games offered on the apk27 platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, and cricket betting — operate in accordance with their respective game rules as published by the game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). In the event of a conflict between apk27's platform display and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence. apk27 operates on fair-play certified infrastructure, and slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live betting event or game session, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the player's account balance. apk27 is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections, device failures, or service outages beyond our reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming
